What's in a name?

Gavel or more popularly known as the 'hammer of justice' is a symbol of authority. The word gavel represents court proceedings. The strike of a gavel indicates the opening and the closing of a proceeding in court. It is also synonymous with maintaining order in the court room. It is used by the Judges in many countries. Although it is not used in the Courts of India, yet it is very commonly used in the world of fiction to portray court proceedings.
This blog GavelStrike thus aims to cover all topics which fall between the two strikes of the gavel i.e. to follow the journey of justice from the beginning to the end!
